hi prabhajot.... plz continue breastfeeding only... don't introduce solids till ur baby is 6 months.... alternatively since u have to start working in about 2 months time.... u can express milk and store it and feed... it stays fresh for upto 8 hrs... can be refrigerated... before feeding all you have to do is get it to room temperature and give your baby..... may be use a spoon initially and then give ur baby in a sipper that comes with soft pout.... more or less like a bottle ...since sippers are colourful your baby might like to have from it... you can read more about expressing and storing bm..... I would not even suggest formula feed cause your baby will miss out on all the essential nutrients that only mother's milk can provide your tiny one with.... after ur baby is 6 months u can introduce solids n semi solids while still continuing bm.... please rethink before starting formula n don't gve sugar to ur baby.....

Hi, proceed with the breast feeding. add to that try feeding formula milk in spoon or try adding a pinch of sugar in FM for taste. Start trying semi solids to your kids nearing 5th month. Start with 1spoon f stage 1-(Cerelac with milk) or (apple flavour) mix in milk and give her in thick form. Start this with few spoon feeds so that she gets adopted with spoon feeds. see which flavour suits her. My daughter is now 6months, I started her with cerelac rice with milk flavour from 4th month. Test her with the flavours and start with less number of spoon feeds and increase it gradually. once it suits well for her give the same flavour till 6th month. you can start with twice feeds per day. Initially she will pee, but that's okay and don't worry kids will adopt slowly. dont forget to breast feed her , that is so important for her. consult your pediatrician as well before you start giving semi solids.
