Is it okay to eat dry fruits such as cashew . Badam. Anjeer during pregnany ? I am just four weeks pregnant . I have my early pregnancy scan on March 1

First of all heartiest congratulations and yes you may eat the dry fruits and like Haritima said that walnuts are good for baby's brain development, walnuts are also the richest source of Omega-3 fatty acids. Important for overall growth of the baby as well as good for mothers to be. Hope this helps.

Yes do take a handfull of dry fruits daily throughout your pregnancy. They are rich in nutrients required during this time.

Consult ur gynaec befor takng any dry fruits... almond n walnut r safe ..soak in water all nyt and hav in morning..
