Dear Meenal. I have the same problem with my 20 month old son. He doesnt drink milk at all. So here is what I do- I make porridge for him with milk or give him yogurt and cornflakes with some dry fruits for breakfast; then add about half a teaspoon of butter or ghee in his food. I mix it in nicely. This helps in him taking in some dairy products and also makes the food tasty. Have you tried giving your son smoothies, lassi, paneer and the like? Children also get some calcium from eggs. So if he doesnt drink milk, do try other ways of giving him dairy products or foods rich in calcium such as rajma, spinach etc.
