hi Kanika Kapoor Nanda! please don't go by what people say for u don't know what's their own story and also they try and hit u where it hurts the most. as far as his weight is concerned, if u feel he is not active and cheerful,u need to add food items to his diet that help him gain weight and also give a boost to his immunity. try adding fresh fruits and vegetables, ghee or butter , full cream milk and milk products, fish, beans poultry, greens etc. make sure dish is of his choice and nutrients yours. as far his confidence is concerned, praise him for every right thing he does and hug him often say and these magical lines often 'i love u baby, 'u r my world, 'u r special to me', ' I am proud of you'. this is to be done TDS( medical terminology) follow it religiously and results would be startling.. hope this helps!
