Hi Swastik! you could add potato sweet potato ,lentils ,egg, non veg, dry fruits, green leafy vegetables and pureed fruits and vegetables your child's diet. Serve Small frequent meals. serve him food on dining table with all other members of the family so that child could observe and learn to be independent soon. Make meal time fun time.

Helo Swastik you can give baby foods rich in protein. You can give all the family foods what your entire family is having like idly, dosa, chapati, pongal, kichadi etc. You can give him snacks like patties, cutlets made of vegetables. This will help them to learn chewing. Allow them to self -feed dont spoon feed. Yes you can help them. You can give dal rice, curd rice, ghee rice etc. You can give your baby what all he likes there is nothing like not to give. You can also give dry fruits you can crush it and add to dosa, idly or even into the chutney and give which will help in increase the weight
