I have followed from the CordlifeIndia website, There I have got a proper nutrition diet which is very essential during pregnancy. So, the following are foods that must be included in the diet. Oranges, potatoes, broccoli, asparagus, eggs, beans and greens Whole grains, salmon, peanut butter, bananas and nuts These are rich in antioxidants such as orange, apple, banana and pomegranate. They are a rich source of vitamins, calcium, protein and folic acids such as milk, yogurt, cheese and butter. meat is an important source of protein, fiber and fat, but it must be cooked properly.
