Hi Shanthi, give food that can be easily digested, well cooked , avoid spicy and oily food, include water and juices in your child's diet. Now about breakfast ; you can give oats, daliya, ragi porridge, suji (both sweet and salty). My baby is also 2. 9 months i start her day with 2 soaked almond and a glass of luke warm water then as breakfast i give her porridge of different grains powder that i have prepared at home. i cook it with milk and little suger and add half spoon of powdered dry fruits.

hi, i also give grain powder as break fast.. i use manna health mix dry roast grain which is available in the market. use have to just blend into fine powder and use them. it comes with aroind 11 grains,( like ragi,sabudana, wheet, flax,corn,maiz,badam,cashwe, etc.... , )seperatly packed. if ur kid is allergic to any of them u can avoid adding them.
