hi Jennifer G! please don't worry much about what people would think rather focus on what u can do about it in limited time span that u have at hand. u could work on ur diet to begin with, reduce carbs intake and instead take whole grain cereals, fruits, vegetables, legumes , salads. whenever u feel hungry, have a plate of fruits or salads instead of namkeen, chips or ready to eats. also u could take sprouts, tofu, paneer , double toned milk. as far as activity level is concerned, take stairs instead of lift, if ur office work profile involves more of sedentary work, make sure to take break in between and do some stretching exercise. also u could do some easy yoga steps at home, which would help in reducing fat from belly. hope this helps!

Hey Jenifer! do not get demotivated about this. All you need to understand is that sometimes your priorities change and now gettig back to shape should be one, thats all. Try and seek smaller and easier wayouts to reduce such as stop eating chocolates, sugar candies which have empty calories and then move slowly in controlling your diet at the same time ensuring that you are getting full nutrition, carbs and protein. I am sure this story will certainly help! https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/learn-how-this-mother-went-from-fat-to-fit-post-pregnancy/636
