Hi Anjali, Dont worry at starting every child speaks meaningless things that you will not understand but slowly slowly she start meaningful words and sentences. Talk with her as much as possible even if she does not revert or doesnt understand. Make her watch some rhymes and cartoon she will learn slowly slowly.

You cn download some nursery rhymes nd make her watch on laptops or phone. And start playing did her nd try to tell her the meaning she will definetly respond soon. Make a schedule nd let her watch the poems nd cartoons daily nd speak wid her as much as u cn.

another thing is that she doesn't sleep properly at night... wakes up too much ask for feed nd doesn't stop crying until i feed..

This happen because her tommy is not properly full at night that's why she wakeup at nights after every short interval of time. Feed ur child properly at night so that they will sleep properly in night. Give her solid food at night.
