hi Jagruti Ganesh Jadhav Polekar ! try and plan his schedule in which there is fixed time for studies, play, recreation as well as screen time. plan his schedule so that he studies one subject and then gets a break and then begins with another subject.. this would break monotony.. here is a blog, u would find useful!Hey!
