Hi. I m a mother to a 3month old . this app/blog is really helping me with my new motherhood phase. bt after all the sleepless nights , tiring days I m left with stress , exhaustion , being inactive , highly irritable . even my physicality has also change with dry dull dark skin . no time for myself n care . so I wanted to know any diet food items nutritional recipes for a new mother . n skin care remedy or any product which might help me .

Drink lots of water fortified with jeera and ajwain. I am sure you are breastfeeding your baby so eat lots of fruits, pulses, foods rich in iron.
