suddenly my milk has reduced, i start taking lacter tablet and nutri poweder but in a whole day only 50ml milk is comming plz suggest any one how to increase milk ...

May be due to stress worries and less of sleep you have sudden decrease in your milk supply. Leave aside all your stress also check if any diet changes you made. Take leptaden tablet it's ayurvedic, also have shatavari churna or granules with milk. Include more methi, jeera, sabudana, broken wheat, leafy vegetables, lots of fluids

hi Manisha.. plz include the following in your diet.... will surely help.... garlic, milk bread, raw papaya, telaga pindi (atta made of pressed til), all kinds of milk products n veggies n fruits rich in calcium... take them as much as possible.... they will surely help.... garlic is sure to help.... telaga pindi is my personal experience and I had really good results although I had it in the 5th month of my baby... garlic I've been having since delivery....

u can drink water boiled with jeera, ajwain, methi Dana in it and drink as much as u can

also u can have khaskhas kheer it la wonderful to increase supply fast. most importantly don't panic at all n be tension n stress free.

take as much as garlic ,drink warm water,soak fenugreek seeds jeera and fennal seed in nit drink that water in morning... take shark fish in your meal... I too have this same issue and I tuk this... it really works
