adding cow milk

my baby is 9 months old and i exclusively breastfeed him. he is having solids as well. can i start to give him cow milk in after noon feed? i have to start job and was thinking to breastfeed him in morning and when i am back from work. so can i give him one feed of cow milk? at the moment he takes cowmilk as an ingrediant in some food suck as mango shake etc.. i am not intrested in giving formula milk

hi Apoorva Kapoor! cow's milk isn't recommended before 1 year of age. u can express breastfeed and store it for the caretaker to feed at regular intervals.

Hey Apoorva, the fact is cow milk we can give to baby and it is known as better source of milk than any other . 500 grms milk, u need to just heat it once and then keep it in refregerator for a day. I am also doing job and my baby is 7 months old. i only breastfeed him in the morning n evening - night. even better, u can give two times a day goat milk. it contains much nutritions... all d best.

storing breastfeed is not hygienic for baby. doctors advice not to store a breastfeed milk for more than an hour.
