@soniya some pedc so suggest that but mostly its like not to give milk before baby turns one. Some people do give, we can't hold them back. But if we can avoid its ok.

Wait till baby turns 9-10momths old ,give her formula if u want to plus solids u can begin with ...as babies digestive system is very sensitive n it can create gastric n other problems so u have to wait for some time.
