hi Santoshi Purush! u could serve him iron rich sources such as spinach , green leafy vegetables, Dalia, corainder and mint chutney, sprouts , chana , etc. try and serve citrus food items along with it as vitamin C helps in iron absorption.. here is a blog u would find useful. please go through the link given below.
