Hello Sanchi, Do you think this has a direct answer or any one solution. If you really want to resolve the issue you have to be mentally prepared first. A kid life is surrounded by so many factors and thus various reasons for their difficult behaviour. Try entering into her life , understanding her internal world in a non judgemental way. It may be difficult to start with but that's when you have to be strong and consistent. Results you expect is a process and will take some time. So please start experimenting with your behaviour towards her.
