baby body is heat

Hi frnds... my 3 months old baby's body is very heat... as I'm breastfeeding her, i take buttermilk, tender coconut etc to keep her cool... but i get only temporary relief... her eyes keep watering due to heat... can u past suggest any other remedy to keep her cool.... how about castor oil massage?

Hi Sindhuja, I am not sure about castor oil but i think coconut oil will work as it is good for every season. Keep the room temperature normal. yoc can include cucumber and coconut water in your daily diet. Once measure your baby's temperature ho be sure that she is not having fever.
