hi Gayathri please Ek Saal se pehle Apne bache ko cow's milk dena avoid kijiye . Bache Ki pachan Shakti abhi Itni strong nahi hai ki cow ka milk digest kar sake .aap Chahe to formula feed bhi de sakte hain agar breastfeed bacche ko nahi mil pa rahi hai kisi karan se.

Cow milk best than formula milk. My nephew is fed with cow milk mixed with warm water since he was 3months old. DR. and Ayurveda suggests born babies also can have cow milk.
