Pls give her good massage frm professional malishwali... If massage is suited to ur baby she ll gain weight fast

do breast feeding exclusivesly 2nd hourly, keep her warm

offer breast until baby rejects it so that they can get hind milk with is very important in weight gain. and keep them warm in layers, but check they dnt feel hot or sweating.
