hi all suggest me with some veg and non veg foods for my 15 months baby? is curd safe now to consume

hihathim al ghifari! curd is completely safe, you could also go with solids like fruits - like an apple, papaya, mango. you could also go with fibre rich food/cereals for your child like corn, barley. you could also go for normal food which everyone at home has. start with moderate spoces and then could take it to a normal level once he starts going to school.

hi hathim al ghifari! ideally a one year old and above can have everything an adult can have though it should be soft, less spicier and in appropriate serving size.. u could give poha, upma, vermicelli, dosa ,uttapam, ragi porridge, suji kheer , rava idli, pancake , fruits with removed skin and vegetables cooked soft.
