Hi Nisha, I think you could try different things as well like Upma, daliya(potato and carrot added). You can also try parantha stuffed with potato or pander. Giving fruits is a nice option. some day, oatmeal in milk can also be tried. In summers, its recommended to give curd or buttermilk on a daily basis. At times, you can also add boiled beans, carrot, potato in the diet. And if you would like to introduce egg, you can provide Boiled egg. Hope this is helpful.

Sure Nisha :) For Daliya, you can first slightly heat daliya in empty kadhai or frying pan n remove from there. In a cooker, add 1 teaspoon oil, add few onions if u wish, add potato, carrot, salt as per taste, 1/4th turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, heated daliya, add water as per the quantity. then close the lid and allow 2-3 whistles. its better to introduce a bit red chilli powder as the child gets into the habit of eating such food as well. it shouldn't be too spicy also. For oats you can try Saffola oats. or simply any packed oats which you can heat along with milk n give to your baby.
