I have a twins baby's..... Let me know about their bf menu What can I give..... There r 18months

Hi i too am a mother of 18 month old twins. Its high time they begin on solids. U cn give brown bread with butter soaked in warm milk as breakfast too. Rule is three main meals and two snack breaks in between.

its not tough job... ok i ll gv u simple one. take raw rice grind it into powder and cook it in water with pi nch of salt n sugar. same way u cn make with moong dal. den u cn gv water of cooking rice n dal whch we hv. boiled egg mashed it with help of spoon n gv dem. banana mash. peal d apples n grate it. kheer- fry sooji in tsp of butter until little bit brown add milk n jaggary cook it in watery consistency add dry fruits powder. This is enough as u start with it. okkk

Neeta ji... I'm very bad at cooking . so that is main prblm. I had twins baby's. Their tastes r diff. ...... Under weight baby's. Can't eat properly also

Always start with fruit. Banana mashed,grated apple. suji kheer by adding dryfruits powder. soft boiled egg, mashed red potato, variety of soup like moongdal, carrot mix soup. moondal with palak, beetroot greenbeanssoupetc. try to give 1 tespoon first... den if he is not having any reaction, ncrease the quantity. But first consult ur pediac to if having any allegeries
