my baby is having constipation problems ..pls suggest some recipes of baby solid food

Ruchira.... if you haven't yet started solid food pls postpone and continue bf till it cures or if are in solid feeding already, try to give mashed banana & fresh juices...

Hi Ruchira, give raisin water to ur baby it cures constipation problem. soak raisins at night itself and give this water.

you can also give woodwards which cures incase of indigestion & lead to smooth pooping
