Hi @Sara ! Aap bacchey ko healthy dishes jaise ki fruits vegetables dalia ,homemade paneer, full cream doodh,cheese,tofu, hari sabjiyan, ghee, malai etc moderate amount mein de sakte hain.

Phir aap jyada der jaie ki 15 minutes tak ek side par feed karwayein jisse ki hindmilk flow Karen joki rich in fat hai.. phir dusri side se milk pilayein 15 minutes ke liye,gap ke baad.
