baby not sleeping

hai my 6 months lo is not sleeping correctly. he will be playing whole night and sleeps only at 4-5 in mrng.. I'm worried about his health & my asleep any suggestions

try to awake him in day time.. play with him in day time... my girl too do dat same thing. Bt now I force her to play n awake in day time.

Try to keep him awake And give massage at night and give warm water bath at night n feed him n c he will sleep

try establishing a daily night time routine. i start with dimming the lights, then changing her into bed time clothes, giving her a light message n if needed a bath,. sing a lullaby. continue this the baby will finally get an idea that these activities are associated with sleep time

thanks josla shwtha and ruchi for your suggestions.. I will try doing it... I would also like to inform you that I found great solution for it in questy. in a search engine for Indian parenting.. I suggest u guys to have a look at it defiantly it wl help you out..
