My baby is in 6th month and I have started solids. He sleeps without waking up all night. Should I wake him up and breastfeed in between or let him sleep

no... that's a very good thing. once the baby reaches 6months they can sleep for 6 hrs without waking up. I am trying to get my baby to do the same. You need to rest too. this is your time to sleep now.
