Baby slp

Hi... My baby is 2years old... She is very active... She cannot sit and play,she has to do something or other... After doing so much of activity she doesn't slps much... Like she slps late at night... Not before 1. 30 am... Wakes up by 10. 30-11. 00 in the morning even while sleeping at night, she keeps on moving constantly. Afternoon slps for hour or two or sometimes doesn't even sleeps . She never sleeps on her own, I have to take lots of effort to make sleep Any suggestions please...

hi Bijal Karia! it felt as if u just mentioned about my lil one who is now 4 and a half years old. when she was 2 , she never wanted to call it a day. so I tried by shifting her day two hours earlier. for instance I would wake her up at 7. 30-8 am, and she used to take a nap around 1 pm and finally make her sleep by 9-9. 30 pm. so start her day early, she would on her own sleep early at night. please make sure everyone around sleeps by that time and if not possible at least pretend to do so for few days. tkcare!
