baby stool smells bad

hi mam my son is 3 and half months old now... for past one month he stools once in three to four days... for past three days he didn't stool.... tdy morning he stool very little which smells very bad... I am worried... is it because he didn't stool for four days?? is it normal?? expecting ur response
