baby suffering from cough and cold

my baby is 10 months old. he is having severe cough and cold. his nose is running continuously and that to water comes from eyes too. pls let me know any home remedy.

its better u go to ped. and nights add a drop of eculaptys oil to a small cloth a bit near to the babys nose while baby is sleeping. it helps for cold. do not rub vicks to nose that increases runny nose. my ped gave sinarest af for cold and cough. though u give meds to baby it atleast take 3-5 days for cold n cough to settle down. take care

please give him lots of fluid like soup and and water, u can use saline drops for blocked nose and clean baby nose with bulb syringe... use eucalyptus oil around baby while sleeping and u can also burn some carrom seeds and garlic cloves in mustard oil and apply that oil on baby's tummy this will help in cough.
