my daughter creates a scene whenever we are out in a mall or shop. she always chose one or two things and will keep shouting , howling and does not listen. to us. I feel really embarrassed when she keeps crying. she does not get diverted at all. I get angry alot at this time ... please suggest me how to handle such a situation.
