Baby tilting head to right

my baby is 3months old she is tilting her head to right side all the time I always keep napkins under her mat so that she won't tilt her head but nowadays she is active for long time and always tilts her head to right I am worried that it may lead to permanent tilting of head to right? will it solve by itself or I should do something for it pls help

Hi Harika, babies often do that . put soft pillows or baby pillow on both side and make her sleep straight or sometimes to the other side.

hi harika.... fold a towel lengthwise, slightly twist it like u would do while wringing clothes after wash.... then place it around ur baby's head like a U... it will help.... or else u can even purchase a small U shaped pillow specially designed for baby use...
