Hi my little boy is 5 months now and his weight is 6. 9 kg. a as per weight chart his weight should be 7. 5kg to be on 50 the percentile. is the gap worrisome? Baby is on exclusive breastfeed. Thanks

hi Vimal sharma ! seems to be doing fine as of now. your child will soon get to the required weight by the first b'day and that is an important milestone.

hi Vimal sharma !most babies double their birth weight by 5th month. as long as his weight is within the normal range ,and baby is active it should not be a cause of worry..

His birth weight was 4. 25 kg. he has not doubled the birth weight. is it a matter of concern

no thats perfectly fine as his weight is still in the normal range.. maintain 2 to 2 and a half hr gap between feeds
