hi sohan Sharma ! aap bacche ki diet mai variety add karey. aap ghar par hi noodles, pizza, momos, vermicelli, poha,prantha with paneer or dal stuffing, salads, pasta,pao bhaji etc bana saktey hai. in dishes ko healthy banane ke liye aap inhe sabjiyon se load kar dijiye. bacchon ko aksar taste chahie hota hai ,jo unhe daal roti mai nahi milta. isliye aap inhe dishes ko healthy or interesting way mai banayein aur attractive style mai present karey. bacche ki pasand aur napasand ka bhi khayal rakhey.
