My baby boy is going to enter 4months by Nov 10th he is not drinking milk properly but activitys are very normal urin passing stool is normal but i feel he is not drinking properly he is on breast feed and also on nan pro feel his face is becoming small and his weight is around 5kgs or + recent times i did not check plz suggest me wat to do i am very much worried about it he was suffering from cold coule of days back but after medication his cold redused

As long as babys is active passing motion and urine and weight is normal you dont have to worry. Just observe him keenly if there is a problem baby will definitely show it through some way. If ur instincts tell u somthing is wrong do have a chk with ur pedi. Our mind being a mother is never at rest n keeps worrying a lot ( Joys of motherhood!!!).
