hi my baby is 3 months old now and his weight is 4. 240 kg oly and his birth weight is 2. 400.. hw to increase his weight

Hi Revathi.... ur baby is healthy and weight is normal... birth weight have to doubled @ 6th month and to be tripled in 1 year... pls keep breastfeed

Hi Revathi, the weight gain is good don't worry about that, small babies takes time to catch-up and he has almost doubled his birth weight which is a good growth sign.
