hi my baby is 9 months , she is very weak n lean. pls suggest a healthy diet n also time schedule.

hi Khushboo My baby is also 9 month old and by the grace of God he is healthy and happy child. but when he born he was very thin. Give your child Ragi Malt, Boiled Potatoes, Mashed Banana, Sweet Potato, Carrot Soup, Chikoo, Papaya, Fruit Juice (avoid citrus fruits like oranges) Vegetable Soup, Dal ka pani. Also give him Oats Porridge with Mashed Banana/ Apple/ Carrot/Dates, Uggu and you may also add dry fruits powder in his diet to improve his health. 6:30 am: breast feeding/ formula feed 8:30 to 9:00 am: Ragi Malt/ ready made cereal/ oats porridge 10:00:am: fruit juice/dal ka pani 12:30 to 1:30: home made food (uggu, soft rice with dal, Boiled vegetables with some ghee) 4:00 to 5:00: boiled egg yolk/ clear vegetable soup/ any Fruit 7:30 to 8:30: ready made cereal/ Ragi Malt ( in between breast feeding should be continue)

Can I give him cerelac or other food?

yes you can give him cerelac but not more than 2 times a day.

Recipe of Ragi Malt..... Soak Ragi overnight, then next day remove water and tied it in moist cloth and kept in warm place. After 48 hours or so sprouts come out, dry roast it and then make a powder in grinder. Boil it in water and add a pinch of salt (above 8 months) or some jaggery and ghee. Ragi is very healthy for growing babies. for more about ragi Google it.
