I prefer washing genitals after poo, i feel its more hygienic. it's better to wash the area with water, you may use wipes when changing diapers or out of your home.

instead of using wipes you should clean with water, though wipes may b good and no side effects but they should b reserved for emergency use. Routienly one should clean with water after every poo.

hey... mee mee is decent wipes. As advised y my friend, now i am using Mother Sparsh 98% water wipes... much much better than any other brand available. Best thing is no redness/allergy on my baby skin. Best wipes brand in India and only water wipes in india
