hi Shreshtha Pradhan! I do understand your worry! it's not unusual for the child to be cranky after an episode of illness. the child feels flushed , dehydrated due to loss of fluids, and it takes 2-3 weeks for the baby to recover completely from the weakness caused thereby. please keep a close watch , give her more attention and love. keep her well hydrated, and take her to the park or outdoors if she feels like. if need be do consult your doc.

Hi Shrestha, Try to understand your baby, there might be several problems after fever and one of them is weakness. And the main cause of irritation is weakness. Children are not able to express through words so crying is the only way to express their feeling. Take a very good care of your baby. Keep her hydrated, give her nutritious and healthy food. Though she she might not accept the food easily but keep trying . Give her some time, Let her come to normal routine and it will take some time. Feed according to taste and whatever she likes. Hope this will help a little.
