hi everyone in starting of second trimester ,feel sometimes pain in my back n even in lower abdomen,at night feel pain in lower abdomen n in morning feel pain in back. wat shud I do

do pelvic floorexercises... like pelvic tilt aand standing for long in kitchn makes this pain worse. keep one foot on elevation like chowki... and spend 10 min working in such postiion den shift elevation to other feet and wrk like this ...if u r stndin still fo long! do catcamel exercise nd kegels

it can b done throughout d pregnancy.. nd best xercise to make ur bak abdomen strng

its cald tailbone pain avoid sitting on hard surfaces like chair or bench or floor dont sit with bak support too long... that gves pressure on tail bone and try sitting on hot bag.. means ..hot therapy.. it gves quik releif

try cat camel xercise.. and child pose(frog pose) wen in tail bone or lower back pain! google it if u r unaware abt these exercisses
