pump ur breast milk and get stored in between for ur baby.... pumped milk can be stored for 8 hrs ....find comfort hrs in between based on ur shift... so from April 19 you have just 20 more days to have 6th month to get completed... change the feeding pattern to solid food once 6 month completed

Jone you can pump by ur hands but not wud be tat Muc as effective as of pumper.... Ur hands & breast will be @ pain as trying by hands @ certain times... by the way enhanced maternity leave plan is in active for almost all of the companies even its just in active from the April - 1 (26 weeks of maternity leaves itself) in TCS where I am working... there are high chances to extend ur leaves without submitting any certificates or document for extra leave request.. it must be active in ur company too as government announced.... why don't you check wit ur HR?
