Backpain after delivery

Hi friends nearly 5 months after delivery but still have backpain. taking calcium. pills daily Can anyone suggest

Sometimes back pain also happens due to our posture . While feeding your baby try to sit on chair n feed instead of bending down . Try to keep your posture straight . We do not realize but we bent for long time while feeding , changing nappies and other small activities throughout the day which aggravates back pain . It helped me . Try if helps you in some way .

Hi. A few thgs you can do : 1. As already mentioned, pls take care of your posture while feeding. Dont slouch. Keep your back straight and use a feeding pillow which will help. 2. Try back exercises which are advisable from day 1 in case of normal delivery and after 4 weeks in case of c sec. You will get it on internet. I will try and find a link and share. 3. Google and am sure you will find some foods which helps in getting a stronger back.
