hi Debarati Bahttacharya! please make sure she's doesn't exhaust herself with too much of physical activity during the day. also reduce the intake of liquids one hour before she sleeps. ensure that she uses washroom before she retires to bed. at night note down the time she usually pees and set an alarm and for initial first week assist her to use the washroom. after a week she will get used to it. Debarati she will soon come around. please follow this blog . hope u will find it useful!Hey! I find this Parenting blog really interesting. Hi Shweta Dua! u could give alternatives of milk. Hey! I find this Parenting blog really interesting. I suggest you have a look too: https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/7-healthy-milk-alternatives/795?ptref=sa0l000030g00m3. also u could ask him to dip his legs in lukewarm water for 5-7 minutes with lil salt in it. pat dry it. massage with oil and then cover with a sheet and make him sleep. also please keep a watch on his activity level. make sure he is not overexerting himself. do serve him milk in some form or the other . u could also try giving dishes made with milk such as pancakes, Dalia, custard, deserts, etc. hope this helps!
