my daughter is very sweet child but when she does something wrong I scold her but she doesn't listen to me n goes to her grandmother n father as they are very soft with her n that she avoids me n I feel bad n they don't say anything. what to do

hello please don't shout on her we know we will lose the patience when they does some thing wrong please don't talk to her for few minutes and then u both will be calm and then explain the situation to her she will understand I did some thing with my some times I loose my patience too if I shout he will not listen I explained what he did then he said sorry
