f with ff.. I am very much in dilemma as I th8nk my lo is not getting enuf bm n he cries lot n sleeps for just 1 hour or so.. my mil started given her top feed.. I m not satisfied but when I am expressing my milk it is coming around 30 ml in a go.. N baby is still hungry n if I give contact then he is feeding for hour or so.. m very much depressed n low... what to do..

I think 30ml in one go that to in the first month is good enough.. keep on bf the flow will increase.. eat healthy stuff .. good luck with bf!

hi don't b depressed this is very general problem with new moms , 30ml is good amount of milk for baby there could b many other reason for which baby cries , could b gas or discomfort . try finding it , bm is best for babies but still if u feel ur baby cries with hunger then no harm in giving FM .
