Hi pushpalatha... u r doin rite by refusin to gv salty biscuits to 7. 5 mth old baby.. infct at dis age they dnt need salts in diet.. I keep biscuits as a travellin life saver once in a day if im out of home fr many days wid ma baby... soo once in a while givin glucose parle g or any marie biscuit or nutrichoice fiber to dem in milk is a gud option Bakin at hom whole wheat biscuit is definitely a gud option wich I wanna xplore frm long tym bt being alone wid baby whole day mak us super busy :)

Hi Pushpalatha.. I agree with you. I don't give biscuits to my 11 month old daughter even now.. salt biscuits are a big no.. once in a while Marie/Parle G is ok I guess.. and if one really wants to give biscuits then they should be the home-made whole wheat cookies as they don't contain refined sugar, maida etc
