hey Priyanka, your kid is only a year old I will suggest don't go for books for now he is very small. introduce books when he is around 18 months. for now make him play with toys which are in fruits and veggies shape. bring animals toys and play with him together tell him which thing is what. he will learn while playing and you both will have a good quality time. let you both enjoy his childhood. he always will be with books after few year but he will not be of this age again then u will miss playing with him. so enjoy this beautiful time.
