both eyes red from past 1week

my 9month old baby had redness on the white area of his left eye near corner now from past 2-3 days both eyes are red... no cold symptom and no puss. redness is more during night. please help.

hi Ankita Pradeep Mishra ! it could be due to any irritant that has entered his eyes for instance soap, shampoo, his own fingers , any sharp object etc. make sure to file his nails.. also avoid using harsh shampoo or soaps. also if redness persists consult yr physician.
