Hello everyone please suggest some healthy breakfast and evening snack ideas for my 2 years old daughter

In the afternoon u can also giv two or three types of fruits cut into small pieces and sprinkle fruit chat masala. my kid love eating dat so u can also try it...

in morning u can give upma, poha, oats with milk .. n evening u can give fruits like bananas, apples , chikoo , etc or can give milk shakes that r also filling .. dates n anjeer ..

upma is a very good choice... light to digest... also u can add little desi ghee to it. ..my son loves it

recipe for chilla: Mix a bit of besan, soya bean flour and wheat flour together. Add salt, chaat masala and chopped coriander. keep aside for five minutes and spread on a pan with heated ghee or butter. it's simple and tasty. My daughter (1. 5 yr) relishes it.

for breakfast you can try idli, veg Daliya, upma, egg(in any form). for evening I used to give soup to my daughter(chicken soup, veg soup, tomato soup).
