Hi.. My breast milk is not sufficient for my child. I have a four month's baby. Please suggest me that how can I increase my breast milk.

hi.. increase fluid intake n add cow milk, oats meal n pineapple juice in ur diet..

Saok methi,jeera in water,drink that water. Have sabudana, masoor ki dal. This will help.

take shatavari kalp with milk. laddu of methi or dink or haliv khir. also usual .khir of rava , shabudana

have kala jeera with ghee,or boiled guard with some salt... it is very effective..

have kadhi,tuar daal,fengureek,daliya with milk it increases breast milk. u can take lactare capsules it is hurbel no side effects.

Hi all.... when ever i am feeding my baby, i have terrible pain in my nipple's... there's no cut or bleed ... plz suggest me some remedy, i am in pain.

eat well.. take rice with milk. raw papaya curry will increase breast milk.

if milk ducts are present in your breast then you feel pain.. better consult gyncologist

Eat well small amounts four meals a days include more garlic, onion, nuts, cereals, milk and more water... I faced the same problem... with this problem got minimised... still problem persists consult doctor

shatavari tablets 1 tab twice is ayurvedic medicine for enhancing lactation. Add daliya,methin cumin to your diet. You can start feeding liquids like homemade soups n juices,banana mash to overcome reduced breastfeed
