my baby is 9 days old. she is not feeding from my breasts because of my nipples are flat. i tried so much but nothing work and milk production is also not that much. i used to pump out and give her. please help me.

Hi Divya, try to latch properly, ensure entire aerola is inside baby’s mouth, more you feed more will be the supply so continue breastfeeding after every 2 hours or as baby demands. Take lot of fluids, masoor dal, cumin seed, fenugreek seed to increase you milk supply, stay calm and relaxed. These will help you to increase breastmilk supply.
